What should I check before applying store credit to an order?
Check whether the credit has a stated expiration condition. Do not infer that unused credit will be paid out automatically.
What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Check whether a balance or credit needs separate attention. Ask for clarification when those options are not clearly distinguished.
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
Avoid sending unrelated personal information with a product inquiry. Check whether a separate contact is designated for a particular order issue.
